What we collect

• Contact messages: If you use the Contact form, we receive your name (optional), email, and message.
• Service messages: If you use text/email features, we process messages needed to deliver replies and reminders.

SMS Notifications

If you choose to enable SMS notifications by entering your phone number in the HandleMyStuff application, you consent to receive automated text messages at that number. These messages will notify you about automation status changes, including roadblock alerts, heartbeat notifications, and project completion updates. Message frequency varies based on your automation activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, removing your phone number from the application, or disabling SMS notifications in Settings. Your phone number is stored locally on your device and is only transmitted to our messaging service provider for the purpose of delivering notifications. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties.

Local-first by default

HandleMyStuff is designed so your files stay on your Mac unless you choose to sync or send something.

• Provide the service you requested (replies, reminders, file delivery)
• Support and troubleshooting
• Prevent abuse and improve reliability

Your choices

• You can choose whether to sync files to the cloud.
• You can stop using text/email features at any time.
